Service Update

Like many retailers, we are experiencing ongoing challenges with our delivery network due to Covid-19 and labour shortages across the logistic industry. As a result, we are experiencing a few delays across the network, please allow 1 additional working day for UK deliveries, 3 working days for EU and 5 working days for the rest of the world. Despite all efforts if your country is not listed above we are now unable to deliver your order, we hope as countries recover from Covid-19 and freight services resume we will be able to expand this list. We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated delivery timescale, however these are estimates and not guarantees.

Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to make changes. 

During busy periods it may take up to 48 hours for the team to respond to queries, however all emails are screened for cancellations or amendments. 

Any claims for lost goods must be completed within 7 days of estimated delivery date.

OCS Worldwide 

OCS specialise in UK exports and will ensure the safe delivery of your order. After your parcel has left the UK it will be delivered by your local postal service. 

You can track your order here, you will also find your local tracking number. OCS Tracking numbers begin with an 8

OCS will use a forwarding courier, for example New Zealand Post. 


You will be able to track your order's journey through the MYDPD App, email, text notification or hereusing the tracking number provided. DPD tracking numbers begin with 1550

DPD may use a forwarding courier, for example Chronopost, SEUR, BRT, Aramex to deliver your order. 

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the delivery duration and length of stay in customs.

Delivered Duty Paid

Selected EU countries are now dispatched DDP- Delivery Duty Paid, this is where all customs formalities are paid up front for a smooth delivery. There are no unexpected charges, to pay at the border. With the introduction of the new IOSS scheme you will be charge your local VAT rate at checkout. Unfortunately, there is a maximum order value for some countries, please see table below.

When placing an International order, the recipient is responsible for all customs formalities, unless stated. Please see the Terms & Conditions for more information

All orders are dispatched DDU- Delivered Duty Unpaid 

The forwarding courier will contact you to pay the customs clearance charge before the order is delivered. If you do not hear from the courier within 72 hours, please let us know as soon as possible. 

Please check that your contact details contain an area code for phone number and an up to date email address. 

Unfortunately, if the parcel is "returned to sender" due to the duties/customs not being settled we may still charge you for the shipping and return import fee of £5.00

*Switzerland- administration/brokerage charge is covered by DPD. You may still be subject to import taxes

Delivery Notes

Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address of the cardholder’s place of work which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to another address.

Any claims for lost goods must be completed within 7 days of estimated delivery date.
