All UK orders are now delivered by DPD
You will be able to track your order's journey through the MYDPD App or at https://www.dpd.com/tracking using the tracking number provided.
DPD will let you know the delivery schedule and when you should expect delivery.
Please let us know if you need to change a delivery or you can update your delivery on the MYDPD App
Upon occasion you may receive conflicting messages/errors:
Delivery Cancelled: Don't worry the team just need to amend your delivery and you should receive another message from DPD shortly. If you do not receive another message please get in touch.
No tracking information: Unfortunately due to Covid-19 there are shortages of DPD drivers you may receive your North Shoes shipment confirmation without a DPD delivery schedule. DPD may show no tracking information, but please be assured it will be delivered within the timeframe and will update as soon as it is collected.
Delivered, but can't find the parcel: Please let us know as soon as possible. DPD will always try to notify you where they have left the parcel through email, text, app notification.
DPD will let you know if there are any delays, out of their control, as soon as possible.
We are unable to ship to countries not listed in the table due to the Covid-19 pandemic. We hope to expand this further in the next few months, however please email firstname.lastname@example.org for a personalised shipping quote.
All orders are shipped through DPD, if we do need to change courier we will let you know. DPD will use a selected forwarding courier in your own country, for example Chronopost, SEUR, BRT, Aramex.

Unfortunately cannot guarantee the delivery duration and length of stay in customs.
When placing an International order, the recipient is responsible for all customs formalities, unless unwise stated. Please see the Terms & Conditions for more information
All orders are dispatched DDU- Delivered Duty Unpaid
The forwarding courier will contact you to pay the customs clearance charge before the order is delivered. If you do not hear from the courier please let us know.
Please check that your contact details contain an area code for phone number and an up to date email address.
Unfortunately if the parcel is "returned to sender" due to the duties/customs not being settled we may still charge you for the shipping and return import fee of £5.00
*Switzerland- administration/brokerage charge is covered by DPD. You may still be subject to import taxes
Delivery will only be made to the cardholder’s registered address of the cardholder’s place of work which may need to be verified before dispatch. We will not in any circumstances deliver to another address.
Any claims for lost goods must be completed within 7 days of payment date.
