Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of purchase in its original unworn condition and with its original box. We do not offer free returns.

Please pack your order securely in a suitable postal bag and include your order number inside to allow us to process your refund. Ordered via Amazon/Ebay please see below.

We recommend that you obtain proof of delivery for your return as we are not liable for goods lost in transit. We have a great relationship with our local Royal Mail team so we highly recommend using Royal Mail. 

We do not offer free returns

Please let us know if you are unable to return the order within the timeframe- but any refund will be at our discretion.

Instore Returns

If you are lucky enough to live close by you are more than welcome to return your order into store.

Please note we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges instore for online orders. 

Your order will follow the usual returns procedure. 


Unfortunately due to Covid-19 we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. Please reorder the size you require. 

International Returns

It is important that you follow the customs clearance polices for the UK. If you are using a postal service please write "RETURNED-GOODS-RELIEF CLAIMED" clearly on the package and its accompanying customs declaration. 

The customs declaration must included a complete and accurate description of the goods, their quantity and value. (CN22/CN23)

Original Condition

Damaged box: We ask that you do not tape documents to the shoe boxes. Unfortunately sticky tape damages the box and we are unable to resell the item. Unfortunately we may charge you a restocking fee. 

We understand that boxes can be damaged in transit and this is out of your control.

Missing box: We ask that you send the order back in the original box. If the box is missing, unfortunately we may charge you a restocking fee.

Unfortunately all returns are subject to quarantine upon receipt (up to 72 hours). We are experiencing delays within the local postal system, it may take longer for your return to be delivered than normal.
