The Ricosta Juno children's waterproof boots in Caramel nubuck combine warm, timeless style with reliable weatherproof protection. Crafted from supple caramel-tan nubuck leather and engineered with an integrated RICOSTA-Tex waterproof membrane, these short boots keep feet completely dry during rainy play, park trips, and weekend outings. Featuring soft textile linings and a highly flexible PU sole, they offer light, fatigue-free comfort for active kids on the go.
Key Features of the Ricosta Juno (Caramel)
- RICOSTA-Tex Waterproof Membrane: High-performance weatherproof lining seals out rain and dampness while maintaining internal breathability to keep feet fresh and dry.
- Twin Rip-Tape Fastening: Double adjustable touch-fastening straps allow children to fasten their boots quickly and independently while securing a custom fit over the instep.
- Orthotic-Friendly Removable Insoles: High-quality removable insoles provide soft underfoot cushioning and make checking growth or fitting custom orthotics quick and simple.
- Lightweight & Flexible PU Sole: Absorbs heel strike on hard ground and bends easily with natural foot motion, encouraging healthy, balanced steps.
Why Our In-Store Shoe Fitters Recommend the Juno Waterproof
At our shops in Bourne and Stamford, our professional shoe fitting teams regularly recommend the Ricosta Juno on our fitting stools. Here is why it is a standout choice for everyday casual wear:
- Warm Caramel Colourway: The rich tan nubuck shade brings a classic, autumnal feel that coordinates effortlessly with autumn and winter outfits.
- Fully Adjustable Fit: The dual touch-strap layout adapts easily to varying instep heights for a secure, non-slip fit around the foot and ankle.
- Soft, Cushioned Collar: Padded top collar cradles the ankle to guard against rubbing and pinching during long days of outdoor exploration.
Fit Tip: Optimized for a standard middle/medium width profile. Adjust the twin rip-tape straps for precise tension across the arch, while taking out the removable insoles offers extra depth for orthotics or growth checking.
